ABOUT THE POSITION:&nbsp;
The Field&nbsp;Administrator is responsible for assisting the Administrative team in completing day-to-day tasks critical to the functioning and success of TPA’s field program. Such tasks may include but are not limited to: data entry, proof-reading/editing, filing and recruitment. Attention to detail is a must. The Field&nbsp;Administrator role will have a special emphasis on expanding our activism event efforts in the field. The ideal candidate must fit the company and department culture, embodying the following traits: grassroots humility, warrior spirit, and persistent innovation.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
<ul><li>Date entry with google sheets.</li><li>Being able to read and understand bills passed in the house and senate.</li><li>Responding to inquiries from Administrative team.</li><li>Managing professional relationships with other conservative organizations.</li><li>Organizing and maintaining the Turning Point Action Airtable database.</li><li>Updating the Google Drive when needed.</li><li>Coordinate with the Field Administrative Team to ensure all materials successfully reach and market for field events.</li></ul>
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul><li>A solid idea of administrative work.</li><li>Have working knowledge of Google Drive.</li><li>Have close personal alignment with the mission and principles of TPA.</li><li>Demonstrate a high level of integrity and confidentiality.</li><li>Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills needed to form working relationships with fellow colleagues.</li><li>Be organized, a self-starter, and goal-oriented.</li><li>Have competency in managing deadlines, multiple projects, and competing priorities.</li><li>Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Reflect a strong work ethic and desire for excellence.</li></ul>

ABOUT THE POSITION:
A Field Representative is responsible for working in the field to register new voters, precinct committeeman and delegates, attend local GOP meetings, and develop strong grassroots activist networks throughout their assigned territory. Field Representatives are also responsible for importing and organizing data, conducting outreach to prospective members and activists, giving oral presentations, representing the organization at events and conferences, developing new get out the vote plans, and networking on behalf of the organization. The ideal candidate works as a team to ensure the success of voter registration, precinct committeemen recruitment, and the Field Program overall. Turning Point Action is seeking a skilled CRM Specialist who possesses a strong
technological perspective, particularly in HUBSPOT software. The ideal candidate will
excel as both a data analyst and an expert in deciphering complex data sets to uncover
patterns of voter behavior and turnout. Additionally, proficiency in understanding of the
election process is crucial, as this role involves utilizing data to guide TPA’s field teams in
