SR56 is a constitutional amendment proposal that would increase the amount of land eligible for conservation tax benefits under Georgia’s Conservation Use Valuation Assessment (CUVA) program. SR56 increases that limit to 4,000 acres, allowing larger farms and landowners to benefit.1
