The Workplace Violence Prevention for Health Care and Social Service Workers Act directs bureaucrats within OSHA to impose new mandates on employers within the health care and social services industries concerning workplace violence prevention. Under the bill, employers will be forced to provide annual training and education to employees, maintain detailed records of workplace violence risk and incidents, and submit annual reports to the government.1
